A complete delivery workflow across customers, shops, and riders.
DDelivery Ecosystem is a multi-role delivery platform designed for real business operations. It includes a User App for ordering, a Shopkeeper App for business management, and a Rider App for delivery execution.
The system supports real-time order tracking, payments, rider management, business management, notifications, wallet flows, and localization so each role gets a focused experience while sharing a reliable Firebase backend.

Challenges & Solutions
Implemented real-time Firestore listeners with Cloud Functions to keep every app synchronized as orders moved through accepted, prepared, picked up, and delivered states.
Implemented secure webhook verification and automatic payment status updates so successful PhonePe payments could update orders, wallets, and business records consistently.
Built manual and bidding-based rider assignment workflows, giving shopkeepers flexibility while keeping riders informed about order opportunities and earnings.
